By carefully selecting the most qualified people, and by helping them to earn honest and decent living we have kept the turnover to a minimum. Indeed, we are proud to say that there are many housekeepers and clients that have been working with us for over 10 years.

Very significant difference between us and other agencies is that we do not advertise anywhere for housekeepers. We register and thoroughly check only housekeepers that have been recommended to us by friends, coworkers, or relatives.

No strangers, unknown individuals are ever considered! That way we have assured safety for our clients and have avoided problems with housekeeper's dishonesty.

All housekeepers guarantee and take full responsibility for their work. If there is any problem, they will come back to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

How Does It Work?

One telephone call is all you need. Then, after setting up an appointment you can relax. Whether it is general housecleaning or a special project, the most appropriate housekeeper(s) is scheduled for the job. Housekeepers are available anytime that is convenient for you, and are prepared to do the cleaning according to your verbal and/or written specifications. They use either all your cleaning supplies and equipment, or they can bring their own.

You can schedule housekeeper(s) on regular, occasional or one-time basis. For regular housecleaning services you will have the same person(s) every time as long as you are happy with the service. A lot of clients prefer teams of two housekeepers at the time, so the job is done twice as fast. Please note that the hourly rates are per person, and that the minimum charge is for two housekeepers for 1.5 hour.

Besides general house cleaning tasks, you can ask housekeepers to do special projects like scrubbing and waxing the floors, cleaning stoves, ovens, defrosting refrigerators, and washing accessible windows, etc. Many housekeepers specialize in move-in, move-out cleanings and other heavy-duty projects.

The minimum number of hours we can schedule for the housekeeping visit is three. Although three day advance notice is requested, we can often schedule housekeeper(s) for the same, or for the next day.

If you are scheduled for the house cleaning service and need to reschedule, or cancel, housekeepers require at least 24-hour notice. Otherwise, we could not get another job for the housekeeper and he/she would be without an income for that time. Please make a note in your calendar for all scheduled visits, as we must charge for the three-hour minimum.

3 Hour Minimum Charge per visit is 1 person 3 hours, or 2 people 1.5 hours. Additional hourly rates are per person. Sundays, and Holidays are $20.00 extra per day per person. The above rates are subject to change without notice.

Carpet Cleaning is done by carpet cleaners and usually requires separate appointment. Their minimum is $75.00 for 2 rooms; each additional room is $30.00-$35.00, depending on the size and condition of the rooms. Please call us for more details.
